Maple Glazed Salmon

Ingredients:
1 cup maple syrup
2 tablespoons grated gingerroot
4 tablespoons lemon juice
3 tablespoons soy sauce
1 1/2 teaspoons minced garlic
1 bunch scallion
1 lb salmon
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Mix syrup, ginger root, lemon juice, soy and garlic in a saucepan and bring to boil, stirring occasionally.
3. Remove mix from heat.
4. Grease appropriately sized baking pan with cooking spray or other greasing agent.
5. Trim white bulb from scallions and discard, lay out greens of scallions in the bottom of the pan in a bed.
6. Place salmon on scallion bed.
7. Pour syrup mixture over salmon.
8. Bake at 350 until fish is tender and flaky.
