Maple & Garlic Spareribs

Another one from the The Official Vermont Maple Cookbook.
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups maple syrup
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons vinegar
1 1/2 tablespoons minced onions
1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
1 teaspoon garlic powder
4 -5 lbs pork spareribs, cut into serving size pieces
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350*.
2. Combine all ingredient except for ribs.
3. Place ribs in baking dish and pour sauce evenly over all.
4. Bake for about 1 1/2 hours, basting frequently.
