Ingredients:
1 cup squash, cooked
1 cup evaporated milk
1 cup brown sugar
1 tablespoon maple syrup
2 eggs
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon nutmeg
1 teaspoon brandy extract
uncooked 9 inch pie shell
Directions:
1. Combine squash, milk sugar, maple syrup, eggs, salt, nutmeg, and brandy extract; stir until smooth.
2. Pour into pie shell and bake at 350F until fork comes our clean, about 45 minutes.
