I was bored, and when I am bored I play in the kitchen. This was the latest product of the bordem. As always I cook my tase, so PLEASE change this amount of spice till it fits your tastes
Ingredients:
1 smoked sausage
2 boneless center cut pork chops (optional)
4 tablespoons dried onion flakes
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 (8 ounce) can beef broth
1 (8 ounce) can manwich sloppy joe mix
3 garlic cloves
1 tablespoon chili powder
1/2 tablespoon paprika
1/2 tablespoon cayenne pepper
2 tablespoons garlic powder
1 teaspoon pepper
2 tablespoons mrs dash's extra spicy seasoning (optional)
1 (16 ounce) bag frozen mixed vegetables
water
Directions:
1. Brown meat and onion flakes in the oil.
2. Add the can of manwhich and broth. All also the veggies.
3. Add all spices.
4. Stir well and add water till pot is full.
5. Simmer over low heat for two hours.
6. Add rice and simmer untill tender.
