Manhattan Meatballs

Ingredients:
2 lbs ground beef
1/2 cup chopped onion
2 cups soft breadcrumbs
2 eggs
2 tablespoons chopped parsley
2 teaspoons salt
2 tablespoons margarine
10 ounces apricot preserves
1/2 cup barbecue sauce
Directions:
1. Combine meat, crumbs, onion, eggs, parsley and salt; mix lightly.
2. Shape into approimately 18 meatballs.
3. Brown in margarine; drain.
4. Place in casserole dish.
5. Combine preserves and barbecue sauce; pour over meatballs.
6. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
