Ingredients:
2 cups ripe mango coarsely chopped
1/4 cup sugar, or to taste
2 cups orange juice
1/4 cup lime or lemon juice
2 cups cold water
1 teaspoon grated orange rind
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients except orange rind in a blender and blend on high speed for about 30 seconds. Strain and pour into a pitcher. Sprinkle with orange rind and serve in 8-ounce tumblers or goblets with 2 or 3 ice cubes in each.
