Ingredients:
1 cup ice cube
1 large ripe mangoes, peeled and chopped or 1 cup frozen mango, thawed
1/4 cup splenda granular, no calorie artificial sweetener
1 cup plain nonfat yogurt
1/2 cup mango nectar or 1/2 cup orange juice
1/2 teaspoon almond extract
1 pinch salt
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a blender in the order listed; process mixture until smooth, stopping to scrape down sides.
