Ingredients:
1/4 cup fresh lime juice
2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1 garlic clove, minced
3/4 cup diced mango (about 1 medium)
Directions:
1. Combine first 8 ingredients in a large bowl, stirring with a whisk. Stir in mango.
