Although I say lobster ... this can be great over any grilled fish, shrimp or even scallops. Grilled fish, chicken or pork. And don't forget salad. This is such an versatile dressing/sauce and so good.
Ingredients:
1 mango, peeled and diced
1 orange, juice and zest of
2 limes, juice and zest of
1/4 cup cider vinegar
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 teaspoon sugar
1 pinch red pepper flakes
salt and pepper
Directions:
1. This is so simple. Add all to the blender and puree. Nothing more. Chill and serve. What more can I say. It is just a perfect sauce or dressing.
