Ingredients:
3 cups mangoes, ripe and pureed
1 cup sugar
2 tablespoons lemon juice (or lime)
1 tablespoon gelatin (unflavored)
1/4 cup water
Directions:
1. Mix gelatin, according to type.
2. Add sugar and lemon juice to pureed mango and stir to mix.
3. Add dissolved gelatin and mix well.
4. Pour into ice cream container and churn as for ice cream.
5. Pack until ready to serve.
6. Will keep in freezer 2-4 months.
