Ingredients:
3 ripe mangoes, pitted and cubed
1 fresh lime, squeeze the juice
1 tablespoon red onion, minced
1/4 cup fresh cilantro leaves, finely chopped
1/2 jalapeno pepper, seeded and miced (optional)
Directions:
1. Combine all the ingredients and let stand for 10 minutes and toss before serving.
2. Serve over chicken, meat and fish dishes to add more flavor.
