1 1/2 c white flour , 1 tsp baking pwd and pinch of salt |
125 g butter |
1 c castor sugar |
2 egg whites and yolks |
1 tsp vanilla |
1/2 c luke warm water and 3 tbsp full cream milk , mixed |
4 tbsp fruit punch |
filling and topping |
1 c whip cream and 5 tsp icing sugar , beaten until whip forms |
set 1/4 part aside . |
use the remaining 3 / 4 part with the below puree |
2 plus 1 medium size thailand mangoes , cubed |
4 medium size korean strawberries , sliced |
puree |

1/2 c caster sugar |
100 g cream cheese |
2 tbsp plain yogurt |
blend everything and fold in the whip cream . |
