Ingredients:
1 mango
8 oz fat free plain yogurt
1 cup skim milk
1/2 cup splenda
1 cup ice cubes
Directions:
1. Remove skin and pit of mango
2. Dice mango fruit
3. Combine all ingredients in blender
4. Blend
5. Serve cold
