I came up with this from both desire and necessity.
Ingredients:
2 ripe mangoes
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup powdered sugar
3 egg whites
Directions:
1. Peel mangos and cut in to smaller pieces.
2. Combine all ingredients in a blender.
3. Blend on high until smooth.
4. Enjoy!
