This is something you can eat alone, add some corn tortillas and eat as a taco
Ingredients:
1 small red cabbage shredded
16 oz of cooked ( fried, or grilled)
1 tomato diced
2 green onions chopped
2 mangos ( or about a cup of the frozen cut up)
1 tsp soy sause
fresh lime juice, salt and pepper to tast
Directions:
1. Peel, devain, fry or grill shrimp
2. Mix all other ingredients, add cooked shrimp.
