This recipe was found in the 2005 cookbook, Raw Food - Real World.
Ingredients:
3 cups fresh mango, ripe, diced
2 cups coconut water (from a real live coconut!)
3 tablespoons agave nectar
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon lime juice
1 pinch sea salt
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a blender & puree until smooth.
2. Serve & ENJOY!
