Ingredients:
1 1/4 cups chopped peeled ripe mango (about 1 large)
1 tablespoon fish sauce
1 1/2 teaspoons light brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 1/2 teaspoons chili garlic sauce
1 1/2 teaspoons fresh lime juice
Directions:
1. Place 1 1/4 cups chopped peeled ripe mango (about 1 large), 1 tablespoon fish sauce, 1 1/2 teaspoons light brown sugar, 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder, 1 1/2 teaspoons chili garlic sauce*, and 1 1/2 teaspoons fresh lime juice in a blender; process 30 seconds or until smooth. Spoon into a small serving bowl.
