Sweet and spicy that awakens the taste buds for what ever is to follow
Ingredients:
1 mango or 1/2 of a papaya, peeled, seeded, and chopped (1 cup )
1 medium sweet green pepper, seeded and chopped (3/4 cup )
1 small red onion, finely chopped
1 jalapeño pepper, finely chopped
2 tbsps. pineapple juice or peach nectar
1 tablespoon lime juice
1/8 teaspoon. salt
1/8 teaspoon. pepper
1 tablespoon fresh cilantro
Directions:
1. Stir together mango sweet pepper, onion, jalapeño pepper, pineapple juice, lime juice, salt and pepper,and cilantro in a large bowl. Cover let stand for 4hrs-overnight.
2. And dig in with any mexican chips............but even better serve on top of any type of fish......wow factor
