This is great wth chips!
Ingredients:
2 fresh diced mangoes
1/4 c. of crushed pineapple
1 minced shallot
2 tbsp. of chopped fresh cilantro, or parsley or parsley
2 tbsp. of fresh lime juice
1/2 tsp. of red pepper flakes (optional)
1/4 chopped green bell pepper
1 seeded and minced jalapeno pepper
2 tbsp. of extra virgin olive oil
1 clove of minced garlic
1/4 chopped red bell pepper
salt and pepper
Directions:
1. Fist you need to mix together all ingredients in a bowl.
2. This can be served with chips!
