Ingredients:
1 lb firm-ripe mango, peeled and diced
2 kiwi fruits, peeled and diced
3 radishes, finely diced
1/4 cup peach nectar
1 scallion, thinly sliced
1/4 teaspoon salt
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
2. Toss well.
3. Chill.
