Mango-Raspberry Compote

Ingredients:
1 1/3 cups mangoes
2/3 tablespoon fresh lime juice
1 1/3 teaspoons granulated sugar
1/3 teaspoon lime zest
1/3 pint raspberries
Directions:
1. In a serving bowl, combine mangoes, lime juice, sugar and lime zest, stirring gently to combine.
2. Put raspberries on top (do not stir them in.).
3. (The compote can be prepared ahead and stored, covered, in the refrigerator for up to 6 hours.) Just before serving, gently stir in the raspberries.
