Mango Pineapple Lime Cheesecake

This is a recipe I obtained from an estate sale in 1988. I have not made it but can only imagine with all the ingredients that it is a very pretty and tasty cheesecake. Enjoy
Ingredients:
1-1/3 cups ground gingersnap cookies
3-1/2 ounces roasted macadamia nuts
1/4 cup packed golden brown sugar
1-1/2 tablespoons crystallized ginger chopped
2 tablespoons unsalted butter melted
32 ounces cream cheese softened
1-1/2 cups granulated sugar
1 tablespoon minced lime peel
2/3 cup sour cream
6 tablespoons fresh lime juice
4 large eggs
1 mango peeled pitted and sliced
3 kiwi fruit sliced and peeled
1 small pineapple reserved
Directions:
1. Quarter pineapple then peel and core then thinly slice and reserve leaves.
2. Preheat oven to 350 then generously butter spring form with high sides.
3. Finely grind first 4 ingredients in processor then add butter and blend until crumbs are moistened.
4. Press mixture on bottom and 1-3/4 up sides of pan.
5. Bake until crust is set about 8 minutes then transfer to rack and cool.
6. Maintain oven temperature.
7. Using electric mixer beat cream cheese, sugar and lime peel in large bowl until light and fluffy.
8. Beat in sour cream and lime juice then add eggs 1 at a time beating just until blended.
9. Pour filling into crust then bake for 1 hour and 20 minutes.
10. Transfer to rack and cool 10 minutes then run small sharp knife around pan sides to loosen cake.
11. Cover then chill overnight.
12. Place mango around top edge of cake then place kiwi then pineapple in centre.
13. Garnish with pineapple leaves.
