Fresh mint brightens the flavor of this slushy tropical cooler, featuring fresh mango, mango nectar, white rum, and lime juice.
Ingredients:
3 cups coarsely chopped peeled mango
1 cup ice cubes
1 cup mango nectar
3/4 cup white rum
1/4 cup fresh lime juice
2 tablespoons sugar
1 tablespoon chopped fresh mint
Directions:
1. Place mango in freezer for 1 hour. Combine mango, ice cubes, and remaining ingredients in a blender; process until smooth. Serve immediately.
