Mango Melon Bites (Sandra Lee)

Ingredients:
1/4 cup honey mustard
2 teaspoons salt-free lemon and pepper seasoning (recommended: mccormick)
1/2 cup fat-free plain yogurt
1 1/2 cups red seedless grapes
1 (6-ounce) package smoked ham slices, sliced in half and folded like an accordion
2 cups refrigerated precut mango chunks (recommended: ready pac)
2 cups refrigerated precut watermelon chunks (recommended: ready pac)
Directions:
1. In a small bowl combine the mustard, lemon pepper seasoning and yogurt, Set aside, to be served with the mango-melon bites.
2. Use a toothpick to skewer a grape, a folded ham slice a mango chunk or watermelon chunk. Repeat until all ingredients are used alternating each skewer with a chunk of mango and watermelon. Serve on a platter with the dipping sauce.
