Mango Lime Sorbet

This is a delicious dessert to serve with Mexican, Indian, Thai or Ethiopian foods or after a barbecue. Very refreshing and healthy and a snap if you have a powerful blender or a Vitamix. I use our Waring Beehive-style blender.
Ingredients:
16 ounces frozen mango chunks (i use one bag of trader joe's frozen mango chunks)
1 1/2-2 cups unsweetened coconut milk, beverage (trader joe's)
2 tablespoons agave nectar
1 lime, juice and zest of
Directions:
1. Place liquids in blender and add the mango chunks slowly, stirring as needed.
2. Add the zest, stirring well.
3. Place in freezer container and freeze, stirring a few times until it firms up.
4. It softens easily in the microwave on soften setting.
5. You may also substitute almond milk, soy or rice milk, or any unsweetened cow's milk/cream or yogurt. Increase sweeteners as needed.
