Lassi, a cooling yogurt drink is a treat. It is easy to make at home, and Mango is one of the traditional fruit flavors used.
Ingredients:
1 ripe mango
1 (8 ounce) carton low-fat yogurt
1/2 cup very cold water
Directions:
1. Remove flesh from mango, discarding skin and seed. You should have about one cup of mango.
2. Combine mango, water and yogurt in blender.
3. Blend on medium til well combined and smooth.
4. Serve at once.
5. Leftover lassi can be tightly covered in the refrigerator for 24 hours. Stir before serving.
