Ingredients:
100 ml skim milk
150 ml natural yoghurt
1 mango, skin off, flesh removed, seed discarded
4 ice, blocks
2 teaspoons honey
ground cardamom, a pinch (or more)
Directions:
1. Blitz all ingredients together till smooth.
2. Serve in a chilled glass.
