I got this recipe from a friend. If you cannot find canned mangoes in syrup, then canned peaches in syrup work perfectly in it's place.
Ingredients:
4 boneless pork chops
1 habanero pepper, finely chopped
1 small onion, chopped
1/2 cup ketchup
1 tablespoon brown sugar
15 ounces canned mangoes in syrup
Directions:
1. Place pork chops in slow-cooker.
2. Mix all other ingredients in a bowl, and pour over pork chops.
3. Cook on low for 5-6 hours.
4. Serve over rice.
