Ingredients:

  • 1 (11 1/2 oz) can mango nectar
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 tbsp lime juice

Directions:

  1. Place all ingredients in blender; cover.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Use as your favorite dressing on fajitas, taco salad, or any lettuce or pasta salad.
