Ingredients:
1 small mango, peeled and sliced thinly
40 g natural muesli
200 g low-fat yogurt
1 small banana, sliced
1 teaspoon sesame seeds, toasted
1 teaspoon shredded coconut, toasted
Directions:
1. Divide the mango between 2 serving dishes. Sprinkle with the muesli and the top each with 1/4 of the yoghurt.
2. Arrange 1/2 the banana over the yoghurt and then top with the remaining yoghurt.
3. Finally, sprinkle with the combined sesame seeds and coconut.
