2 1/2 cups chopped fresh mango
1 lime, juice of
13 ounces unsweetened coconut milk
1/2 cup sugar-free honey
1 teaspoon vanilla
Directions:
1. Puree in food processor; chill.
2. Freeze in ice cream maker according to your machine's directions.
