Mango Cinnamon Yoghurt Cake

for mango lovers .. omit the sugar sprinkle on top if you wann the cake to be less sweet .
Ingredients:
200 g unsalted butter
150 caster sugar
3 l eggs , lightly beaten
250 g self raising flour , sifted
200 ml magnolia yoghurt smothie mango with orange sacs
250 g diced fresh ripe mangoes
mix together
30 g brown sugar / caster sugar
1 heaped tsp cinnamon pwd
Directions:
1. Line a loaf pan with non-stick paper .
2. Pre heat the oven at 180 deg C .
3. Cream together butter and sugar .
4. Add eggs one by one and beat well .
5. Fold in the flour .
6. Add the yoghurt . Mix well .
7. Pour half of the batter into the pan .
8. Arrange the diced mangoes over the mixture .
9. Top with the remaining batter .
10. Sprinkle top with prepared sugar and bake for one hour or until a toothpick inserted in the middle of the pan comes out clean .
