This is a simple snack, common in Trinidad and Tobago (Caribbean).
Ingredients:
1 green mango
1/2 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
1 dash salt, for flavor
1 dash black pepper, for flavor
1 dash garlic powder, for flavor
Directions:
1. Cut the mango into cubes and put it into the bowl. Add all the ingredients to the mango.
2. Mix and let fruit rest for 15 minutes (chilling is optional).
