Mango Barbecue Sauce

This yummy but non-traditional sauce came from Emeril
Ingredients:
2 cups mango puree
1/4 cup butter
2 tablespoons tamarind puree
2 tablespoons lime juice
2 tablespoons dark jamaican rum
1/4 cup dark brown sugar
2 teaspoons dry mustard
1/2 teaspoon ground allspice
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1 pinch ground cloves
Directions:
1. Combine all the ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a boil, stirring frequently. Cook for 10 minutes, cool and refrigerate in a re-sealable plastic container. This sauce will keep for at least one month in the fridge.
