A Delicious healthy drink. Good anytime. The recipe comes from Better Homes & Gardens.
Ingredients:
2 cups cut-up chilled mangoes or 2 cups strawberries or 2 cups papayas
2 medium bananas, cut up
1 cup orange juice (or if desired substitute 1 cup milk or one 8-ounce carton vanilla yogurt for the orange juice)
1/2 cup ice cube
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 dash ground cinnamon
1 dash ground nutmeg
Directions:
1. In a blender container combine mango, strawberries and/or papaya, bananas, orange juice, ice cubes, vanilla, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
2. Cover and blend until smooth and enjoy.
