A flavourful accompaniment for roast pork, chicken, burgers or grilled shrimp.
Ingredients:
2 small mangoes, peeled,pitted,diced
3/4 cup chopped red onion
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
1 teaspoon minced peeled fresh ginger
1/2 teaspoon lime zest
1/8-1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in medium bowl; toss to blend.
2. Season to taste.
3. Let stand 20 minutes.
