A flavourful accompaniment for roast pork, chicken, burgers or grilled shrimp. Ingredients:
2 small mangoes, peeled,pitted,diced |
3/4 cup chopped red onion |
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro |
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice |
1 teaspoon minced peeled fresh ginger |
1/2 teaspoon lime zest |
1/8-1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in medium bowl; toss to blend. 2. Season to taste. 3. Let stand 20 minutes. |
