What a great combination of flavors.
Ingredients:
16 fresh watercress leaves or 16 arugula
16 pieces mangoes, cubes 1 inch
8 slices prosciutto, thin, halved
Directions:
1. Arrange a watercress sprig on each mango cube, wrap with a prosciutto slice.
2. Secure gently with a wooden pick. Cover and chill.
