Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. I also like to add a couple of sprinkles of Cumin.
  2. It adds a really nice flavour.
  3. Honey is also optional, if the lime is really tart, you may want to add a small teaspoon of honey.
  4. Cube the melons, mango, and red pepper.
  5. Quarter the cherry tomatoes.
  6. Slice the red onion into very thin rounds.
  7. Combine in a bowl.
  8. Sprinkle with 1/2 tsp.
  9. Garlic salt, or mix in pulversized garlic.
  10. Add the lime juice.
  11. Chop and add the cilantro leaves.
  12. Sprinkle with black pepper, cayenne, salt, and cumin.
  13. Mix together.
  14. (At this point the smell is heavenly).
  15. Garnish with a few thin slices of star fruit.
  16. (For me this is purely an aesthetic thing).
  17. If it is too sour, add a bit of sugar or honey.
