Mango and Black Bean Salad

From Cooking Light. An excellent salad in both taste and visual appearance
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups mangoes, chopped
1 cup green onion, thinly sliced
1/2 cup cooked brown rice (i used lundberg wild blend rice)
3 tablespoons cilantro, finely chopped
2 tablespoons salsa (fresh or bottled)
2 tablespoons lime juice
2 tablespoons olive oil
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
1 (15 ounce) can black beans, rinsed and drained
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Toss gently to mix.
