Breakfast beginnings never tasted better than with this healthy smoothie.
Ingredients:
1 mango, ripe
2 bananas, peeled
7/8 cup plain natural yoghurt
1 tablespoon lime juice
1 tablespoon honey
12 ice cubes
Directions:
1. Put all the ingredients in a liquidizer, and blend.
2. Pour the smoothie into tall glasses and serve straight away.
