My take on the classic carrot salad
Ingredients:
1 lb bag of carrots, washed, peeled and shredded
2 apples, washed and shredded
1 cup of raisins
1 small can of crushed pineapple
1/2 cup chopped pecans
mayonnaise
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients together, add mayonnaise(just enough to moisten it, usually two large tablespoons is what I use.) Chill in the fridge untill ready to serve
