Mandarin Poppy Seed Salad

We love this salad as a refreshing side dish with grilled meat.
Ingredients:
10-12 oz. pre-washed baby spinach
1/3 cup poppy seed dressing
1/4 teaspoon ginger
juice of 1/2 lemon
1 11 oz. can mandarin oranges, drained
1/2 cup honey-roasted slivered almonds
Directions:
1. Place spinach in large bowl.
2. Combine dressing and ginger.
3. Drizzle dressing over spinach.
4. Squeeze juice from lemon over salad.
5. Just before serving toss to combine.
6. Top with oranges and almonds.
