Ingredients:
6 tablespoons soy sauce
6 tablespoons butter, melted
2 teaspoons ground ginger
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon celery seed
1/2 teaspoon ground red pepper
2 (5 ounce) cans chow mein noodles
2 cups unsalted peanuts
4 cups toasted oat cereal (like cheerios)
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients, spread on large cookie sheet at 250 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes.
