Ingredients:
1 cup low-fat mayonnaise
2 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon vinegar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
8 ounces shredded cabbage
11 ounces mandarin oranges, drained
Directions:
1. Combine first 5 ingredients.
2. Pour over cabbage and oranges.
3. Toss.
