A waldorf-esque salad and one of my husband's favorites.
Ingredients:
2 gala apples, cored and sliced into thin, bite-sized pieces
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/4 cup peanuts, crushed
1/4 cup golden raisin
1 1/2 tablespoons honey
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 dash nutmeg
Directions:
1. Mix ingredients together and serve.
2. Keep refrigerated.
