Mammas Pot Luck Corn Casserole

My dear Mother used to make this for church potlucks all the time and it was always a clean dish that came home. Now that she is no longer with us, my Daddy makes this in honor of her and brings it to the potluck dinners. Read more . His is just as good. He had a great teacher!
Ingredients:
1 (16 oz) can cream style corn
1 (16 oz) can whole kernel corn
1 stick of margarine, melted
1 cup sour cream
1 egg, beaten
1 pkg. jiffy cornbread mix
Directions:
1. Preheat oen to 325 degrees
2. Mix all ingredents together and make sure it is well combined.
3. Pour into 2 quart glass casserold dish, buttered.
4. Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes or until middle isn't runny.
