Ingredients:
1 -1 1/2 ground turkey breast
1/2 green pepper
1/2 diced onion
1 tablespoon parsley
1 tablespoon basil
1 tablespoon oregano
1 teaspoon garlic salt
1 (28 ounce) can crushed tomatoes
1 (6 ounce) can tomato paste
1 (10 1/2 ounce) can chicken broth
2 cups tomato juice
5 -6 tablespoons chili powder
12 pickled jalapeno peppers
4 -5 tablespoons pickled jalapeno pepper juice
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
2 (15 ounce) cans light kidney beans
Directions:
1. Brown ground turkey, green pepper, onion, parsley, basil, oregano.
2. In a crockpot ad crushed tomatoes, tomato paste, chicken broth, tomato
3. juice, kidney beans, salt, pepper, jalepenos, jalepeno juice.
4. Add browned ground turkey mixture.
5. Let simmer for 4-6 hours.
6. Serve with sour cream and cheese (if desired).
