Great with beef or chicken!
Ingredients:
1 c uncooked rice
1 medium onion, chopped
1 stick margarine
1 can beef consomme
1 can water
3 tbsp bbq sauce
salt to taste
Directions:
1. Saute onion in margarine and combine with other ingredients.
2. Pour into a casserole dish and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
