Mama's Artichoke Dip

I got this recipe from my mom. It's a big hit at family gatherings. Really cheesy and addicting!
Ingredients:
14 ounces artichoke hearts (not marinated)
1 cup grated parmesan cheese
8 ounces shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup mayonnaise
1 teaspoon garlic salt
chopped parsley or parsley flakes
nabisco triscuits (for dipping) or garlic rye chips (for dipping)
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. Drain and coarsely chop artichokes.
3. Combine cheeses, mayonnaise and garlic.
4. Fold in artichokes.
5. Put in 1 1/2-quart casserole dish sprayed with Pam.
6. Sprinkle with Parsley.
7. Bake for 25 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
