Mama Mia! Mozzarella And Roasted Red Pepper Dip

This dip is too simple to be this good! Serve with Triscuit'sĀ® or your favorite crackers. Also great with pretzels or as a veggie dip. Enjoy!
Ingredients:
1/2 cup mayonnaise (i use hellmannsĀ®)
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup finely shredded mozzarella cheese
2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
1/4-1/2 teaspoon italian seasoning
1/4 teaspoon granulated garlic powder
1/4 cup roasted red peppers, drained and chopped
3 green onions, chopped fine
additional roasted red peppers, drained and chopped, for garnishing, optional
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients, except for additional roasted red peppers; mix well.
2. Spoon into serving bowl.
3. Top with additional roasted red peppers, optional.
4. Serve or refrigerate until ready to serve.
5. NOTE: This is also great made with light or reduced fat ingredients.
